Already registered but need a password?

If you are already registered you will need to provide your email address and create a password to access your account to bid on properties from now on. We have provided a guide below for existing members to create a password.

On the website click 'Sign in' to access your account

Select 'Already registered without a password' - this is located in a grey box on the left hand side.

Fill in your partner, number and Date of Birth and press 'Continue'

You will then be asked to enter your email address and then press Continue - You will then receive a pop up box to say that an email has been sent to you. (Enter the email address that we send your correspondence to, this should be the one you entered when you registered. If you do not know your email address please call your local area for assistance.) Allow at least 30 minutes for this email to arrive. if this is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder before calling us

When you receive the email click on the blue link which opens up a box called Reset Password - Enter your chosen password and Retype your password for confirmation

Click Reset Password to continue.  Choose a password that is easy to remember but hard to guess.

You have now set up your password so you can go to the Sign in tab at the top right of the page and sign in.
